Went for my Daughter's appointment. Management Barb on the phone, never acknowledged us.
So we looked around to pick out glasses until she gets off phone. When she gets off phone she still never acknowledges us. A male customer came in she began too help him. I said excuse me did you check my Daughter in for her appointment?
She says no! She didn't know we was there. You didn't see us standing in front of you for five minutes? Then walk around the store?
It was only one customer in the front at the time..So when I asked her did she check my daughter in.. She said no and helped the customer who walks in 15 minutes later. Then I get verbal attacked by customer. Why he should be helped first.
While she did nothing to intervene. It took another employee too diffuse the situation. Then I called her manager which he basically believes her. She lies and said she put her hand up when we came in.
If that was the case when she got off phone. Wouldn't she say she could help us now? Or just check my daughter in.So I had this awful experience. No one seems to care.
If another customer complains about her then they'll do something. What a slap in the face like my bad experience didn't happen.
I'll never shop there again!!
